  2. I've realised I've made it difficult to access the video from my previous post via WeTransfer. Below is a Google drive link which should hopefully work better and hopefully save people from having to download the file! https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Ued0nYGJdbIYuUZTEmRqO7IMlUSk3n3o/view?usp=drive_link Thanks
  3. I hope the video link I've attached below isn't seen as me trying to demonstrate any degree of skill or me assuming that my signing is anywhere near correct. I hope that is serves more as a means of presenting to this community the drive I have to learn with you all. I've found that I haven't met anyone after my previous post, which I suppose is no surprise... The best way to practice ASL or any other sign online is generally going to be face to face. The necessity to communicate in this way, however, is a very personal one. I understand why many people would be hesitant to join a zoom call with a stranger without fully having an understanding of this person. I also understand that people may not have the time to go through the various formalities of getting to know someone. It's based off of this, that I've decided to put my self out here and see what happens haha. I hope whoever is watching can build an understanding of me and decide if they'd like to have a chat! To summarise the message I've tried conveying in my video. I am extremely committed to connecting with people who have any experience with anything relating to Americas Deaf community. I want to get to know new people, form friendships and create an atmosphere where perpetual openess and freedom comes first! If anything I've said has peaked your interest, give me a shout! Have a great week guys P.S. I apologise to those unable to hear the end where I was talking. In essence, I stuttered out my name and reiterated that I really want to "learn ASL, talk in ASL and really learn about people's cultures" I then acknowledged my ability to add subtitles may not exist and I wrapped things up there :)) Here's a we transfer link. I struggled to have my video fit the specifications this website wants and so went ahead and got this. https://we.tl/t-eWDlekxKms Thanks

  5. Hey everyone, I've developed "SignTranslate", a completely free AI app dedicated to learning sign language. My goal was to create a space where everyone could learn and practice at their own pace, with a variety of resources suitable for all levels. The app is still in its development phase, and I'd love to get your feedback to make it even better. If you have a moment, could you test it out and let me know your thoughts? I'm particularly interested in your opinions on the current features, what you think is missing, and aspects that could be improved. Your help would be invaluable in making SignTranslate an even more useful tool for the sign language community. Thanks in advance for your time and support! 6. Hello everybody! My name is Amour. I'm an educational interpreter and I wanted to use this site for my 4th graders to play a fingerspelling game as they learn ASL!
  7. Me too! My name is Kovvie and I also want to go to college for ASL interpreting. I would be totally up for practicing!!
  8. Hi I'm Victoria im 17 soon to be 18 and am getting ready to go to school to become an ASL interperter or teacher depends on where i go after school. I want to learn as much as i can about this amazing language. So if anyone is willing to work with me im more than happy to learn!!
  9. Hi all, my name is Anna and I'm learning ASL at Rowan University. I'm in my second class and need to practice and chat with the deaf community.
  10. Hi I am taking ASL through our local community college on zoom. The teacher suggested we practice receptive ASL. Seems most in our class can sign but can't read it. I am playing the game and see there are amazing scores. They must have it on max speed and no mistakes? He told us to try to figure out the word instead of individual letters. I'm finding that really hard. What is your average score? When I increase the speed I freeze. I seem to get stuck on f and x. Grateful for this website to practice! Thank you.

    Righto!

Hi Ryan, I also started to learn ASL to expland my knowlege and be able to communicate with more people. I'm a 21 year old female college student currently enrolled in a two year ASL training program, I have yet to be certified and am coming to the end of my semester soon, we should video chat, you could show me some of your BSL. -Best, Jela
  12. Hello Ryan, my name is Carleigh, and I am currently in my second ASL class at a community college. I would love to learn about some of BSL and how learning that has been for you. I am an 18-year-old female in my final semester in high school. I started taking sign this year and am hoping to either minor in it or major in it in college.
  13. Hiya everyone! I've decided to learn ASL in order to expand the access I have to the worldwide Deaf/hard-of-hearing community. I'm a 21-year-old male living in the UK and have studied BSL for the last three years while also using it in the care sector supporting deaf/blind clients. I am very aware of how the two deaf cultures differ across the Atlantic and want to form first-hand connections with anyone fluent in/learning ASL to broaden my knowledge on any topic relating the signing community in America. Feel free to write any time of the day! I look forward to talking!
  14. Happy to hear about your learning journey, this can be a motivation for other students to continue learning for the sake of knowledge. However, as you go forward to the next semester you may face some hurdles in completing your assignment projects but don't worry you can take admission essay writing services for that.

  25. Coursework is a very difficult task, for which students of initial courses are simply not ready, so they spend a huge amount of effort and time to fulfill it and at the same time sometimes still get low grades. Therefore, to learn how to write quality term papers and not to lower your academic performance is better to visit the site https://essaypro.com/blog/coursework. There you will learn about how to properly write term papers, what types of term papers are more common and how to choose the right topic. In addition, the site provides many coursework examples that you can use as templates for writing your own.
