I just joined this today. I am taking ASL 1 online for school, and I would like to practice my conversation skills and assignment topics if anyone is available anytime soon and would be willing to help me.

Hey all! I took ASL for four years in high school. I got to be good friends with my teacher, who is deaf, and that gave me lots more opportunity to use ASL. Since I've gone off to college a couple years ago, we chat less and less as we get busier and I feel some frustration at having lost/forgotten some signs. I want to keep up my skills. I started an ASL club at my college with a peer who has Usher's syndrome and is part of the Deaf/blind community, but as we are teaching beginners, I'm still looking for people to sign with. I would really love to video chat. I miss this language a ton. Nice to meet you all!

HI there all you wonderful people! My name is Tina. I am an intermediate signer looking to jump to advanced ASAP. I would love to chat with you...especially if you are intermediate or advanced or involved in interpreting. That is my dream and goal: to interpret. I am 36 and live in Utah at the moment. Excited to meet you!

Hello! My name is Lynnaya. I am trying to prep for my certification. It's been a while since I've had my hands up and so I am in desperate need of practice. I am just shy of my bachelor's in ASL Interpreting. Please if you're in the Mission Valley, Montana area, look me up and we could sign f2f. Thank you!!

Hi everyone, I’m Kinsey. I’ve been learning for about 3 years now, self taught and then two classes. I have a couple friends who are deaf and HOH, as well as a family friend who is an interpreter that I have learned from. I think ASL is a beautiful language with a fascinating culture and I plan to peruse a career involving it.
