Turkey/Serbia

Hello everyone! :) I'm new to this forum and fairly new to ASL in general

I was just learning the signs of countries when I came across "Serbia" and "Turkey". These signs look identical to me! I'm using the www.signingsavvy.com/ website, in which they clearly state that both signs are not really ASL, but rather the signs for the countries in their respective sign languages. So, should I stick to fingerspelling for these two countries in particular to avoid confusion?

Thank you in advance :)
