Silence Challenge for Severe M.E

Hi all.

I'm unable to speak to due muscles and nerves and for the past few years. I've been running the Silence Challenge for Severe M.E to raise awareness of this condition and funds for the amazing advocacy service at the 25% M.E Group who are my voice (and many others' voices too).

This is where I challenge my carers to do a 24hr sponsored silence and invite others to also take part. If anyone would like to join in, you'd be more than welcome. Or if anyone would like to donate, I'd be ever so grateful. This charity is a lifeline to myself and many.
