DESCRIPTION:\n\n	Hi all.\n\n\n\n	I'm unable to speak to due muscles and 
	nerves and for the past few years. I've been running the Silence Challenge
	 for Severe M.E to raise awareness of this condition and funds for the ama
	zing advocacy service at the 25% M.E Group who are my voice (and many othe
	rs' voices too).\n\n\n\n	This is where I challenge my carers to do a 24hr 
	sponsored silence and invite others to also take part. If anyone would lik
