  1. I have been wanting to learn BSL since I was a teenager, but I found I never seemed to have the time with GCSEs, A-Levels, my degree and then working.

Before I was furloughed we were sent home from work with a career development list/work from home list, BSL was number one on the list and our boss encouraged us all to learn BSL. When I was then furloughed I figured I had time to do all the things I needed and wanted to do. So I have spent that time decorating, learning BSL and writing. It's been fun.

I have really enjoyed starting the BSL course and found it's the only language I have managed to be good at. Looking forward to learning more and hopefully practicing with people.

  2. Hello!

I am Kat. I have wanted to learn BSL for a while, but never had the time. I started BSL because it was one of the things to do on out career development list before I was furloughed. I had paid, had time on my hands so decided to keep up the learning. It's been fun so far and is the only language I have managed to do well in, so I feel proud of that.

In my spare time I enjoy visiting museums, baking and blog occasionally.

I look forward to meeting new people and progressing!

    Kat. :)
