Hi, I am a complete beginner, just finished assessment 3 so very much a newbie. I am just wondering how everyone practices? I am remembering everything when it comes to the assessments but am worried I’ll forget if I don’t continue using. Being at home with just my young son doesn’t give me anyone to test me..

Morning.

I passed my level 1 about 2 years ago. I have found 2 free apps that I can go back to reference and all my notes, downloaded help sheets and videos I keep on my phone and continue to work and add to. If you would like I can help with some albeit limited practice on here.

I'm the same, just finished assessment 3! I've taken notes on how to do the signs but also just done a list of words or phrases without the description so I can test myself. Starting at the beginning so the oldest stuff I learnt so I can commit it to memory :)

I've just logged onto this public forum now so happy to video chat with you during this lockdown (arrgg) whenever to practice as we are at the same stage :)

At that moment I knew nothing about it, I genuinely felt so surprised "how can it be that such a fascinating form of communication is so forgotten by the hearing folks???" A few years later after that (I had been working in improving and mastering my English), and especially since I am moving to Scotland i
