Practice Group/People in Manchester

Hi there, I am doing the online course through British-Sign.co.uk which is similar to Signature's BSL Level 1 course. I would like to practice with other people or a group though to further my learning. Does anyone know of any sign language groups in Manchester or are there any people in the local area interested in meeting up to practice? Thanks, Richard

  As I am HoH and even with hearing aids I have difficulty understanding people. So I’m learning to help myself and hopefully I can teach my partner and friends. Hopefully eventually I can find more people like me.

  Hi I’m Ami-May. I am HoH.. severe hearing loss in left ear and profoundly deaf in right ear. I wear hearing aids. I’m learning BSL for myself so I can communicate better with my partner and friends and hopefully they learn along side me.

  Hi ! Iam Karen , I would like to join your forum and possibly work with some other people. I decided to do BSL because I needed to exercise my hand and I wanted to do something that was more interesting than just exercising, and I thought BSL might help me with someone if they were deaf.
