Hi, 

My name is Kristy and having recently been Furloughed from my job, I've found the time to invest in improving my skills and feel that this is something that will enable me to communicate with those who are Deaf or have hearing impairments. I have already learned so much from this course and feel it has enabled me also to look at things from another perspective and reflect on how I communicate with others. 

I look forward to continuing my sign language journey.

      Hi everyone. Name me what, Jeff. I've been basic signing for about 10 years now after getting a basic lesson from the company that I used to work for. My aim now, is to become fully competent within BSL and gain a qualification, and then look for any kind of employment that relates to BSL.

      Hello everyone. I am incredibly new to BSL (I've had one class at introductory level so far but I intend to pursue). I am 48 and I am experiencing some hearing loss but really I want to learn to sign to give myself more communication options and to be able to communicate with as many people as I can.

      Hello! I am very new here and I would like recommendations of online BSL courses where I can learn online in the evening. Cost isn’t an issue but it needs to be money well spent.  For context, am a lifelong hearing aid wearer with no BSL knowledge apart from finger spelling the alphabet… slowly.    Thanks in advance.
