Hello,

I am a Spanish teacher in a small school in California. We are working on an inclusion unit, and we want to create a message where students will speak in different languages. Among them will be many of the languages that they speak at home and the Spanish that I teach.

I thought it was a lovely idea to also include the message in American sign language.

I have been searching, and I think I have almost all the signs to make the message, but I would like my message to be as close to reality.

If there were someone who did not mind filming a video saying my message in sign language so that I could teach it to my students correctly, I would be very grateful.

Hello, Welcome to (name of the school). A school where everyone is well received. Let's have fun together

      That’s wonderful! Starting ASL for your daughter is such a meaningful way to support her communication, and it’s great that she’s already picking up signs alongside her AAC device. Learning alongside her not only strengthens your own skills but also models communication in a natural, encouraging way.
