My name is Marie and in my day job, I am an accredited mediator and qualified Mental Health First Aider. I thought BSL would would be a good skill to have and it would compliment my other voluntary roles. My day job is all about employee engagement and wellbeing, and to be able to sign is raising my own awareness which I can hopefully pass on, and to enable me to help create a more inclusive environment for colleagues with hearing impairments. I have just completed section 3 and am loving the course.
