Hi there, I'm a primary teacher in Scotland and we have a child starting with us next year who has a cochlear implant. The school are all trying to learn some BSL but I am wanting to be as confident as I can be before she starts, as well as teaching my own pupils. So far, they've really enjoyed learning it in school and use it regularly.
