Hello Leighton, Yes, I have already completed Makaton training. I have found BSL useful and enjoyable to learn. I agree, it is definitely useful for people to know the difference along with when and where is appropriate to use these skills.

Hello, i'm Chantelle. I have always been interested in sign language and makaton before starting my degree 3 years ago. I am now a newly qualified speech and language therapist working with children. I am really looking forward to using my BSL skills to help the development of children when and where possible.
