Hi everyone,

I'm Anthony; it's great to e-meet you all. I hope everyone is well 😊

I've always had an interest in learning sign language - my brother was born with a hearing loss and could sign fluently with his school friends but as he had really good speech, we never learnt anything past our ABC's and how to sign the rainbow song. I work for Stonewall, the LGBT equality charity and would love the opportunity to use BSL in my work.

      Hi  everyone, this is my first post on the forum.  I work as part of the Front of House Team in a theatre and I am interested in learning some sign language to be able to communicate more easily with the many members of the deaf community who come to the theatre. So far I am doing ok in the comfort of my own home but under pressure I get flustered.  Does anyone else find the same problem? I think a lot is down to constant repetition and practice.

      Hello everyone 🙂 I'm Layne. I am about to take my BSL202 and BSL203 at the start of next week 😬 I luckily passed BSL201 last week 😌 I am based in India so it is tricky to find people to practice with. If anyone is up super early in the UK and looking for someone to converse with I am 5.5 hours ahead so will be around! Thank you 🙏
