Hello. I am excited to have some time to study BSL at the moment. I am a Primary School Inclusion teacher and I have been keen to learn sign language for a long time. When my daughter was only a few months old I found out about baby signs and, although I only tried a few at the time, it was amazing to be able to communicate with her in this way. I am hoping that, just like learning any other language, becoming proficient at BSL will mean that I will be better equipped to communicate, both within my professional role at school and also generally, in the wider community.
