my name is Bethany, i am 18 year old and i am in college studying childcare level two. i am learning sign language to be able to communication with my friends who are deaf and i wanted to learn sign language because i want to work with children who are deaf. Also i am deaf and i have never experience learning sign language growing up and sometime i find it hard to hear when i am in a public environment and i think that sign language would help me out so much and i am teaching myself how to sign.

      Hi  everyone, this is my first post on the forum.  I work as part of the Front of House Team in a theatre and I am interested in learning some sign language to be able to communicate more easily with the many members of the deaf community who come to the theatre. So far I am doing ok in the comfort of my own home but under pressure I get flustered.  Does anyone else find the same problem? I think a lot is down to constant repetition and practice.

      Hello everyone 🙂 I'm Layne. I am about to take my BSL202 and BSL203 at the start of next week 😬 I luckily passed BSL201 last week 😌 I am based in India so it is tricky to find people to practice with. If anyone is up super early in the UK and looking for someone to converse with I am 5.5 hours ahead so will be around! Thank you 🙏
