Hi - I am a primary school teacher. I have been introduced to BSL as there is a child in my Year 1 class with bilateral hearing loss who is beginning to learn, plus a child in our other Year 1 class who is starting his BSL journey with his family. Having learned a few signs to support the little lad in my class, I have enjoyed it so much I have signed up to this course. The only person I know that uses BSL is the teacher for the deaf that comes in to support our 6 students with hearing impairments. I am hoping to connect with people to practice more often than once per month to really embed this and make me better able to support. thanks for reading! ilona

PS Also loving learning random signs from Silent Witness at the moment, including 'murder' and 'post mortem'!

  Hi Sammii, this site can create an email signature - if you click on Print a Word (in green menu boxes at the top) then type your name, you can choose Email Signature to create it
