Hello, I'm Chris!

I work as the Visitor Services Manager of a theatre in London. My journey into learning sign language has been to increase the accessibility and inclusion of our venue and enable me to better communicate with guests and members of my team who belong to the D/deaf community. In our team briefings we include a 'sign of the day' to improve our vocabulary and  skill at using sign language in our service interactions.

Please share with me any useful signs/phrases you wish customer service representatives knew! We like fun and memorable signs too, so if you have a favourite sign, please share that too!
