My intro

Hi! I’m Eyren or Ellis. 

I am autistic and have recently had more frequent periods of time where I’m not able to speak and so I’ve recently started learning sign language so I can communicate during those times.
I’m here because I don’t have too many places to practice as I’ve been learning from an online self paced course and the only people around me that I could practice with are learning with me on the same course so I’m not sure if/where I’m making mistakes

Hi! I’ve only been learning for about a month so I’m still a complete beginner

Have you been able to practise with anyone in the BSL Video Chat on here or only with the people you're learning with up to now?

I only signed up to the forum yesterday so I haven’t had the chance to practice on video calls yet but I’ll definitely make use of it!
