We have organise an event Celtic Americana Celebration of Voices being held at St Andrews Church, Cardiff on Thursday 12th March 2020.

This is a live music event featuring Grammy award-winning Nashville singer songwriter Mike Farris with support from Hegsy and The Elements, Cathays Methodist Community Choir plus other guests to be confirmed!

Admission also includes specially designed dishes of Southern American and Welsh food favourites.

The show is fully BSL interpreted and we believe it is the UK's first fully-signed Americana music event, welcoming all audiences interested in Americana, Celtic and gospel music.

Here is a link to an advert advertising the event. https://drive.google.com/file/d/174ZzIndu1U0bpLwUC5CE-WCA2igcPTBh/view?usp=sharing

We would love to see you at this event.

    • Hi  everyone, this is my first post on the forum.  I work as part of the Front of House Team in a theatre and I am interested in learning some sign language to be able to communicate more easily with the many members of the deaf community who come to the theatre. So far I am doing ok in the comfort of my own home but under pressure I get flustered.  Does anyone else find the same problem? I think a lot is down to constant repetition and practice.
    • Hello everyone 🙂 I'm Layne. I am about to take my BSL202 and BSL203 at the start of next week 😬 I luckily passed BSL201 last week 😌 I am based in India so it is tricky to find people to practice with. If anyone is up super early in the UK and looking for someone to converse with I am 5.5 hours ahead so will be around! Thank you 🙏
