I got lazy during Covid and my skills are going backwards. Currently in ASL 5 but feel like I'm in ASL 1 Before i was at the Texas School of Deaf volunteering often, my immune system sucks so everything is at home and on Zoom.   My name is Jackie I have screamed and overused my voice so much now I have a flap blocking my throat and my neck is swollen which means my Eustachian tubes are swollen and now I have hearing loss I continue to eat drink swallow pills and talk and it gets worse
