Reason I'm learning ASL!!

As you all know, some schools go back virtually or online. My school being one of them, and the new girl is hard of hearing. We just became friends through social media, and I can tell she slightly ashamed of being hard of hearing. This is nothing to be ashamed of. I also know that her mom helps translate everything she signs or she types it into the chat area. I chose to learn sign so that I could communicate with her. I'm also doing this to lift a weight off of her mom. She has Emily (the girl I mentioned), and a 3 month old baby. I know this can be stressful so I chose to help her.
