Hi all!
I wanted to learn BSL as I'm hard of hearing myself and I find myself easily exhausted lip reading in my daily life. I am a very visual person and I am surprised at how much I have picked up in such a short space of time (even though I'm not the best at learning a new language). I feel that learning BSL would not only be helpful for me to communicate with others but it would help to have a baseline knowledge of BSL so I can communicate with some of the regulars at my workplace. I am always up for making new friends and I am excited to start my BSL journey!
