D-Bar

I am learning British Sign Language along side my daughter who is currently doing her Bronze section for the Duke of Edinburgh award. I thought it might help the new language to sink in if we could practice together. I enjoyed learning some Makaton when my children were little and have always been interested in learning BSL.

Hi, I started this course about a year ago but didn't progress much past finger spelling and then kinda forgot about it. Roll on a year and my daughter needed to learn a new skill to fulfil her DofE. So in support we are, along with my mother in law, learning as a mini group. Which I think will help as we get to practice with each other.
