We want you to bring passion for helping elderly deaf residents maintain an independent lifestyle. Working at Ashmere, you start your journey with us by attending our monthly induction. We offer a £100 welcome aboard bonus and ANOTHER £100 after 6 months of employment! We will kit you out with uniform, pay for your DBS check, regular training and pay an enhanced rate for working weekends.
