My son who is 12 has hearing loss and in may 2023 my daughter was born with the same level of loss. Due to her being my 2nd child with loss the audiologist asked to recheck my other children and it turned out my 5yo and 9yo also have the same loss. they all have hearing aids now but we learning bsl to help the baby and 5yo learn and communicate better.
