Hi, Rob. Nice to meet you. I know that BSL, NZSL, and Auslan are related languages, so a grounding in one will probably get you started OK in the others. Be aware of the differences though. As far as I know, the fingerspelling is the same – so you can always spell things out in the event of any confusion! All the best with your BANZSL journey. 😀
