To be able to communicate with everyone. I work with people and being able to communicate is key, I know 4 languages and I want to learn more. I think we normally never consider BSL between the languages one could choose to learn and working in hospitality I think that every restaurant or hotel should think about how useful knowing this actually could be to make people feel more included and at home.

I'm Letizia, I'm Italian but i live in London since 3 years. I work in hospitality and I'm learning BSL because, even though at the moment I work only over the phone, I would like to go back working in reception and I want to be able to communicate to everyone or almost everyone, hence I think this is a nice way to at least trying to do it. I took this course 2 years ago but I've never been able to practice, so I take advantage of this time at home to review and look into volunteering or other way I can get to practice once we will be allowed outside again
