I chose BSL to both develop skills professionally but also to help children in my care to access more of the curriculum.

Hi I am Mr Walsh, a year six teacher at a 3 form entry school in Accrington, Lancashire. I am currently leading PESSPA across the school but in the future I would like to pursue a career as a SENDCo. I have always been interested in BSL but never had the time or opportunity to complete the course. However, due to the current crisis, I have plenty of time on my hands to up level and develop my skills.
