Hi everyone (not quite sure whether I am posting in the correct place) I have started the course about 2 weeks ago as I thought lockdown would be the perfect opportunity to start learning something I have always had on my to-do list. I currently work as a teacher and think basic BSL knowledge would be such a valuable skill to have as a communication and also break barriers of communication. I am passing on my knowledge to my husband and we have good fun doing charades using finger spelling. I have started to notice a couple of odd words when I watch the interpreter on the TV so that feels good 🙂
