I am learning BSL because it is a language I have wanted to learn for so many years and never did and I just thought now was the time to just bite the bullet and finally learn. Throughout my life working in various care settings there have been situations in which it would have been very useful if I knew sign language and I believe it is a very important language for anyone to learn.

Hi everyone my name is Cherene and I am 27 years old. I am currently a 2nd year student nurse and a mom to a 9 year old beautiful girl. I have been learning BSL for about 3 weeks now and I am really enjoying it and hoping after doing this introductory course to move on to the next stage of learning BSL.
