Hi My name is Kate, I am learning BSL because it has always seamed very beautiful lauange. I have just done a course in Understanding autism and another course in understanding challenging behaviour and BSL seamed to fit in this perfectly. I really want to move to working with children or people who have additional needs> I feel strongly that we need to be included and learning BSL is one way I can do that and help in places like Doctors or hospitals or when you want to buy a house there are very few people that know sign language so this excluded people. I want to change that but don't know how to do this. Any ideas of how I can change my job to incorporate this would be very helpful.
