Hi, I am new here.  My name is Eleni, I am a mam of two from South Wales.   Have started learning sign language very recently although I have wanted to do for some time.   I always chickened out.  I want to learn as its a skill I think we should all have.   I consider myself inclusive,  yet cannot communicate with some because of my own shortcomings.   Figured now was a good time to try and fix that!  

 

looking forward to getting to know you all,  and getting better at signing.

      Hi everyone. Name me what, Jeff. I've been basic signing for about 10 years now after getting a basic lesson from the company that I used to work for. My aim now, is to become fully competent within BSL and gain a qualification, and then look for any kind of employment that relates to BSL.

      Hello everyone. I am incredibly new to BSL (I've had one class at introductory level so far but I intend to pursue). I am 48 and I am experiencing some hearing loss but really I want to learn to sign to give myself more communication options and to be able to communicate with as many people as I can.

      Hello! I am very new here and I would like recommendations of online BSL courses where I can learn online in the evening. Cost isn’t an issue but it needs to be money well spent.  For context, am a lifelong hearing aid wearer with no BSL knowledge apart from finger spelling the alphabet… slowly.    Thanks in advance.
