My name is Dave, I am 34 years old. I started the BSL course because as a personal trainer I want to encourage anyone and everyone that they can get fit. If I get a deaf or hard of hearing client I can have a conversation with them without having to rely on lip reading.

I also feel it is a great life skill to have and I will be teaching my daughter a few phrases if she ever needs to use it.
