I work with customers everyday and more and more am finding that we have hard of hearing or deaf customers who are coming into branch, who adapt brilliantly to our lack of skill of being unable to communicate with them. So I decided to challenge myself and my aging brain to learn something new and to learn BSL to try and make their experience in our branch a bit better.
My name is Steve.
I learned BSL at Level 2 at my local deaf centre many moons ago. When Signature was formerly known as the CACDP. YES! that long ago.

I am also in training to be a Counsellor and am currently at L4. The course that I am on requires me to source an organisation that will
