I have thick hands and I am having trouble signing the letters R and W. Are there any specific and and/or finger stretches I can do to increase flexibility in my hands? Think you in advance!

Hi! I'm Capt Lou. Before you ask I'm not the wrestler. I took the name Capt Lou cuz its the name of the feral cat I feed. :) I am currently teaching myself american sign language becuz I learn the basic alphabet a long time ago in school. Today I am inspired to relearn relearn ASL becuz line my favorite shows, The Walking Dead. I can actually hear and I know no deaf/hearing impaired people. But something about the characters on the show moved me to learn and educate myself. well here's to the road and the journey of learning a second language.
