Hello. Could you please help me decyphering this message I found in a music video of the Falling Down song by Oasis? If the gif is too fast, here's that moment in video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NlGSfjVod3k&t=106s. I don't actually know whether there's any sense behind the signs or if it's signed in ASL or other language. I couldn't match it against the ASL charts I found online, the British is two-handed, the closest match I found was in Japanese sign language, but the results were nonsensical. If you think this is the wrong place to ask, could you please direct me where I might have a better luck? I have no experience in this.
