Hi,

I hope you're doing well. I'm Celina Collot, Project Manager at Collot Baca Subtitling (www.collotbaca-subs.com). I'm contacting you because we have a project for translating several hours of interviews spoken in American Sign Language into English, and we would like to know if you'd be available and interested in taking it. There may also be some dialogue in spoken English, which we need transcribed as well.

We need the dialogues to be timecoded and the speakers to be identified. This will be done in our own software, which is specialized for creating scripts. We will provide proper training for this, of course.

The available rate is $5 USD per minute of video content. The subject of the interviews is deaf people talking about their lives.

At the moment we have 3 videos, each one about 14 minutes in duration, and need them all by next Friday November 1st, 18:00 CEST. These three videos in particular consist on young people chatting in a bar.

Should you be interested in taking one or more of the videos, please feel free to send us your CV at [email protected].

I look forward to your reply.

Regards,

Celina Collot

    • Students can ensure their writing aligns directly with the CIPD Profession Map by mapping assignments to the core professional behaviours (e.g., Ethical Practice, Professional Courage, Curious) and specialist knowledge standards relevant to their unit level. Demonstrate how practical application of the Profession Map’s core behaviours (like Valuing People, Working Inclusively, or Evidence-Based Practice) solves real-world workplace issues. Ensure to strengthen arguments with credible data by referencing official CIPD articles, toolkits, and current UK employment guidelines (such as Acas resources). And if you are struggling to apply Harvard referencing, then get help from professional CIPD assignment experts because you need to format the assignment using the four standard pillars: knowledge, analysis, professional practice, and referencing.
    • That sounds like a fun way to practice and improve signing skills. Games usually make learning feel much more relaxed, and they help people remember things better. It also reminds me how simple word games, like foot puns, can make learning activities more enjoyable because everyone likes sharing a good laugh while picking up something new.
    • Clear communication is probably the most important part when a client requests changes. Even small adjustments can affect materials, labor, and the overall schedule if they aren't reviewed properly. Updating the estimate before moving forward helps everyone stay on the same page. I've also seen arizona construction estimating services help contractors keep revised costs organized, making it easier to explain the impact of changes to clients.
    • One thing that's made a big difference for me is discussing the cost impact of any changes with the client before the work moves forward. It helps avoid surprises and keeps everyone on the same page. Even small design changes can affect labor and material costs more than people expect. If you're managing projects in that region, arizona construction estimating services can also help keep revised estimates accurate when those changes come up.
