Beginner ASL, want to practice and learn

Hello my name is Tiffany!

I am a beginner in ASL and in desperate need of a person to sign with. I am wanting to learn sign language because I have always wanted to learn it, I am deaf in my right ear, never had a hearing aid. I'm currently taking ASL 1 at a university, but it's online and I am having a horrible time trying to learn and grasp everything. I am basically a sheet of paper with only a few scribbles jotted down, that is a visual of my knowledge and skills with ASL.

Looking forward to getting a response from the brave soul, who is willing to sign with me.

Thank you,

Tiffany

    • Greetings, at age 65, I lost my hearing in my right. I use a hearing aid also. My doctor recommended that I take an ASL course. I enrolled in a basic ASL course at my local Community College and discovered that I had a nack for signing. I live in the state of Maryland. My goal is to meet friends that can help me to improve my ASL skills. Thanks 😊
    • that's about accurate, because it's not in my head yet XD forgot to put the learning sign in my head haha XD

I am autistic but fully hearing and seeing, I want to learn ASL because I am interested in it, it also helps me in my understanding of people since my sight is my number one sense. I work as a GP, a doctor, and I also study Theosophy and I would love to be able to sign a theosophy lecture for you for tose interested in spirituality. = )
