Same here, i grew up with a friend that was hard of hearing and i wanted to be able to talk to her with her needing hearing aids i learnt a bit but when she moved away i forgot it all, so now 20 odd years later i learning again to i can improve myself and help others if i can

Hi, Name is Adrianne (Adi for short) i have always wanted to learn BSL even when i was at school. I had many friends that new BSL but could still hear with assonant but i never learnt then when i wish i had, but i'm changing that now I work in a café which can become loud and very heard to hear so i wanted to be able to offer something that could make it a little easier for the Deaf and deaf people but also make it more comfortable, as will and learn a skill and language. I still have a long way to go but im excited to learn
