Sign for Paramedic

I'm wondering if there is a sign for Paramedic? I can't seem to find one when I google it? 
I'm very new, and am hoping to learn some BSL to be able to communicate better with the patients I meet during my career

Nothing in the BSL dictionary that I could find. No sign for "medic" either. Try associations in which case something like this - Ambulance + Doctor which might look like -

I am a paramedic also I tried just using Ambulance and Service together then  finger spell paramedic.
