Hi, my name Michael



I have wanted to learn BSL for sometime now. For what reason I really don't know apart I have seen people communicate in BSL and have been fascinated. Years later I booked myself on a basic course. Now I am the slowest learner in the world and I can not remember anything once taught but I managed to remember the some things, wow!!!. I heard people on the course enquiring about doing Level 1  in BSL and said to myself noway. It is now February 2021 and guess what? I am on a Level 1 course. I will never trust myself again ;-). I am enjoying it though but it's still taking me time to learn things. So I have signed up to this forum to put in some extra learning. Help me pretting, please.

      Hi  everyone, this is my first post on the forum.  I work as part of the Front of House Team in a theatre and I am interested in learning some sign language to be able to communicate more easily with the many members of the deaf community who come to the theatre. So far I am doing ok in the comfort of my own home but under pressure I get flustered.  Does anyone else find the same problem? I think a lot is down to constant repetition and practice.

      Hello everyone 🙂 I'm Layne. I am about to take my BSL202 and BSL203 at the start of next week 😬 I luckily passed BSL201 last week 😌 I am based in India so it is tricky to find people to practice with. If anyone is up super early in the UK and looking for someone to converse with I am 5.5 hours ahead so will be around! Thank you 🙏
