Introducing myself

Hello, my name is Charlotte I'm currently learning BSL through an online course. I find BSL to be interesting and I want to be able to communicate with other people effectively even if they can't hear me. It is a good way to get talking ad sharing opinions with even more people than I would be able to if I wasn't learning BSL. I'm not very far into learning and am only at the point of asking basic questions and giving answers to them.

Hi Charlotte! My Name is Amy, and I think I'm in a similar position to you. I've just finished a 6 week in-person beginners course in introductory BSL and only know the basic things. How are you finding practicing/learning online?

It's mostly good although there have been some difficulties with certain signs due to looking at a video of it instead of being instructed on how to make the correct sign.
