holly2410 Posted March 5, 2020 Report Posted March 5, 2020 Hey, I'm currently doing BSL level 1. I am finding it hard to get my head round sentence structure when asking questions. Has anyone got any tips to help or know anywhere I can get some practice. Thanks
Georgia T Posted March 9, 2020 Report Posted March 9, 2020 Hi, I am level 1 also. I think the question always goes at the end. So for example "your name what?" or "last name when?". Hope this helps.
Tals Posted March 17, 2020 Report Posted March 17, 2020 At level one I wouldn't worry about it too much. The question does come at the end. So it goes topic and comment or the canonical order is object-subject-verb. Object Being a person or place. Subject being person or people Verb being the doing action. I know this will probably be difficult to understand but you do go through it in level 2. A good way for me has been watch something like BSL zone where you can see how this happens.
