Hello, my name is Elizabeth I'm on here to make new friends and get back into learning sign language. I was in sign club back in 4th and 5th grade other than that I have practiced on my own off and on. I have 3 kids so I have a hectic schedule. I'm usually always free to practice on weekends if someone would like to practice with me. I haven't had anyone to practice with in years so I'm a little rusty. What I like about sign language is the beauty of it the expressions and how you can really feel connected with someone. Also I'm 25 if anyone wants to know.

Hi, Elizabeth! My name is Kayla, and I am also new on the site. I am learning sign language and have been working on finding someone to practice with. I am in EST time zone.

Hello Kayla how are you?

That is awesome to meet someone that is also looking for a practice friend. If you want we can set up a zoom meeting so we can practice. My email is [email protected]

Omg I am sorryyyyy! for some reason I though this massage was for me because my name is also Elizabeth. I am so ashamed right now jajajaja.

However, I still will be more then happy to have a zoom room meeting to practice. I am 27, Elizabeth Collins is 25, how old are you Kayla?

We could even do a three person zoom practice meeting, with the three of us!! I am not really good at signing, but I am sign my best to learn. I meet an awesome friend, her name is Jenny and she is being really good to me. A lot of blessing to everyone.

    • Many people overlook how lack of rest affects their daily functioning, and noticing subtle changes can help identify Signs you're not getting enough sleep before the effects become more serious. Feeling unusually irritable, moody, or emotionally sensitive is often one of the first indicators that your sleep cycle is disrupted. Difficulty concentrating, forgetting small details, or struggling to stay focused during conversations may also show that your brain isn’t getting enough restorative time. You might find yourself relying heavily on caffeine just to feel awake, or drifting into microsleep episodes where you nod off unintentionally. Physical symptoms like constant yawning, morning headaches, or dark under-eye circles can become persistent. Many people also experience a drop in motivation, reduced productivity, and slower reaction times, which can affect both work and daily tasks. Over time, poor sleep can weaken the immune system, making you more prone to colds or infections. Increased appetite, especially cravings for sugary or high-carb foods, may also signal hormonal imbalance caused by sleep deprivation. If these signs appear regularly, improving your sleep habits or seeking medical advice can help restore energy, mood, and overall well-being. Visit here : Royalpharmacart

    • Using Viagra effectively involves understanding how timing, health factors, and lifestyle habits influence its performance, and many men search for the best ways to optimize results without complications. When incorporating How To Use Viagra for Best Results into your routine, it helps to take the medication about 30–60 minutes before s*xual activity so it has enough time to absorb and reach maximum effectiveness. Avoid taking it with heavy or fatty meals, as these can slow absorption and reduce its impact. Alcohol should also be limited because it can weaken erections and interfere with blood flow. S*xual stimulation is still required for the medication to work properly, so creating a relaxed and comfortable environment is important. Men with underlying health conditions should consult a doctor to determine the safest dose and frequency, especially if they take medications that affect blood pressure. Staying hydrated, managing stress, and maintaining overall cardiovascular health can also improve response. Consistency and patience help, as some men may need a few attempts before noticing full benefits. Visit here : Royalpharmacart
