hello my name is jannetcy i started to lose my hearing to both hear 3 year ago and the only way for me to hear if i wear my hearing aid wish i feel weird wearing or when i not wearing them you have to yell at me to get my attention for me to hear you. i will love to meet people and get to know people who are deaf as well as i want to learn asl i learn some sing but not alot ,i will like to know alot more ...

  Hi everyone, My name is Cassandra Nesbitt, and I just started learning ASL. It was one of my goals for this year, and my career goal is to work in Social Work or Youth Development. I know I will be meeting diverse people. Plus, I have fallen in love with learning languages, and learning ASL is so fun and easy once you have the right mindset. In addition, I joined this community in hope to make new friends and get more practice with signing. I look forward to interacting with all of you.
