Hi! My name is Aaron Jacob (but most people call me A.J.) and I am a beginner ASL signer. I have been taking classes for about three months now and am looking forward to learning more. I’m here to get some practice signing and further indulge myself in the deaf community. Thank you for welcoming me to your language :)

Good job AJ.  Work on your facial expressions too.  Your signs are really nice and clear and crisp.  But without the facial expressions you're doing the ASL equivalent of talking monotone.  Give them a little life.

    • My name is Giuseppe. I found this forum to learn ASL and converse regularly. I’ve had a few encounters and felt bad that I could not communicate with them other writing on paper.    When in college I “ “ heard if you don’t use the knowledge of what you learned in 6 months you lose it 🙂 I’m hear to learn  from you all any day.
