Hello! I'm Mikyla. I've wanted to learn sign language for the longest time but, as the title suggests, I'm quite lost. I've considered trying to get in touch with the signing community in my area, however I'm not necessarily aquainted with anyone. To be honest, I'd really like to practice with someone or just have someone teach me about the community and such. I'd really love to learn more. -

I genuinely have no clue what I'm doing but like, intro ig? Learning ASL has been a goal of mine for a while because my mental health disorders cause me to go nonverbal sometimes, and its generally when I need to ask someone for help. I'm a complete beginner and I've been struggling to learn, so I'm giving this a try. I know the ASL alphabet, however not perfectly, and a few things like mother, father, boy, girl, and like..thats it. I'm really trying, but kinda falling short. -
