Hello!!

My name is Steffani, I am 26 and in Lancashire. I've just started learning BSL and would love to try and get to know people with similar interests so we can be BSL friends :)Ā 

I listen to K-pop, IĀ am a veterinary nurse and a pet blood bank donor assistant (starting this weekend eeekk!!) Total nerd, love binge watching tv shows. I have a DalmatianĀ and aĀ cat!Ā 

Hopefully I will hear some people soon :DĀ

Hey! My name is Lydia, I'm 21 and a paediatric nurse. I'm wanting to learn BSL to communicate with children who use sign language. I also live in Lancashire. Also love binge watching tv shows haha!! Need a few friends to start my BSL journey with too.Ā

Hi guys! I'm Kate, I study Criminology with Sociology, I'm from Manchester. I looooove Harry Potter and crime documentaries, but also obsessed with Ru Paul's drag raceĀ šŸ˜‚. I'd love some friends to practice BSL with, even though I am relatively new to learning I'd love the practice and hopefully we can help eachother!Ā

I am also at the beginner stage of learning Korean, using Duolingo and Mondly.Ā

      Hi, I am currently a student that is trying to become a Physical Education teacher. My reason for learning sign language is because I have had students that are D/deafĀ and I would love to communicate better with them without the use of external help. Also I have some family members that are losing their hearing or lost it so I would also still love to communicate with them as well.       I'm involved in HE, both student and tutor, although very matured šŸ˜¶ā€šŸŒ«ļø. My reasons for starting to learn BSL are mainly two. First, I have a colleague who is very proficient and she has been helpful to several people in her use of BSL, I would like to be able to help too. Also, it enhances me in working with people. I have only just begun, but sometime soonĀ  it'd be good to practice. I shall come back and check if anyone else wants to practice when I've progressed further.
