  1. Hi there, My name is Sinead, I've just finished my Paramedic Science degree, and promised myself I would take up learning BSL when I finished my studies and so now, here I am. I am so excited to learn it and be able to use it in both my day-to-day life and work life.

  2. Hi Alice, Great video! Hope you're well. I could understand your signs, just a few discrepancies here and there but will come with time and confidence. A few tips from me: - You don't need to use 'what' before everything - it is known as a rhetorical question so is better to use it here and there. For example, 'name, me, ellie' and nod your head. - Also, when you sign age, the numbers should come from your nose and this therefore tells viewers that you are talking about your age. Hope this helps, thank you 😃

  3. As far as i have learned (which is very little so far) you just need the basic gestures. so work can be found here http://www.signbsl.com/sign/work ambulance here http://www.signbsl.com/sign/ambulance and service here http://www.signbsl.com/sign/service you would have to start with "I" which is as simple as pointing to yourself. Hope this helps pd
